Our product refund policy ensures your satisfaction. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund within 4 weeks of the purchase date. Simply return the item(s) in their original condition and packaging. Upon inspection, a full refund will be issued. We value your satisfaction and aim to make your experience with us exceptional.
Service Refund Policy
Our salon does not facilitate refunds for services rendered. We prioritize customer satisfaction; should you have any concerns about your service, kindly reach out within 5 days of your appointment. We’ll gladly address any issues and offer complimentary adjustments or alternative solutions to ensure your happiness.
Appointment Policy
We ask that you provide us with 24 hours notice of cancellation. However, we recognize that not all of life's unexpected events come with advance notice. As a courtesy, please remember to call us as soon as you know that you will be unable to make your scheduled appointment and we'd be happy to rebook it for you. Our employees depend on you to respect their availability, please make every effort to arrive for your scheduled time. We reserve the option to administer a cancellation fee of $75.00 to last-minute cancellations or arriving more then 15 minutes late.
In addition, Trichology Boutique Inc. reserves the right to charge for any appointments that are missed without notice. Fees will be added to your bill.
